Hawthorne Plaza Inn

Even though I showed him the place I paid for, the gentleman at the reception kept me waiting for 3 hours. Then he started yelling at me. He wouldn't let me into the room. I waited there for 3 hours. He's not a Foundation in any way, not at all. He's not polite.

This hotel is not part of a chain, and had the traditional form op a two story building around a parking lot. The rooms are big enough, the bed is good and reasonably clean, the shower works. Wifi is good. Nothing fancy, but effective and not expensive.

DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY CHARGE MY CARD TWICE FOR A 1 NIGHT STAY. WHEN I CALLED, THEY HAD NO ANSWERS. THE CLERK ASKED IF SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH ME, WHY DID I LET THEM CHARGE MY CARD TWICE, THEN HUNG UP ON ME TWICE! ROOM WAS DIRTY AND LOUD. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

They are clean, they are friendly, please smoke across the parking lot away from rooms, makes the other guests comfortable. I have stayed two times, my security deposit has been returned on time . Very accommodating if need different room with different beds at time of check in.

This is our FAVORITE place to stay! We travel back and forth from our home in AZ quite often. Each and every stay, the staff is always very welcoming and helpful. NAMAN is always so helpful and accommodating! He makes the effort to go above and beyond to provide exceptional hospitality and service, and does so with a smile on his face. Nice rooms. Always clean. No bugs! (we are very picky about this!) a very delightful and quiet place to stay. Cheaper than most, and they make it a point to appreciate returning guests!
