Ramada by Wyndham Galena Hotel & Day Spa

Booked a trip to Dubuque IA and I always look for Wyndham hotels as I am a member. The photos and reviews of the hotels in IA did not at all look appealing so we chose Wyndham Garden Inn in Galena - super easy check in and check out. Clean hotel - beds were super comfortable. Cleaning staff were super friendly and accommodating. They don’t speak exceptional English but I’m bilingual and it was easy for me to communicate. Pool was great and hot tub as well. They have an awesome huge chess piece game by the hot tub so that was fun. Would definitely recommend staying here and will again if we are in the area.

We loved our stay! The room was spacious, clean, and in great condition. We appreciated having access to a refrigerator and microwave. There were two sinks which was nice, and two hairdryers as well. The full hot breakfast was a plus and a big reason why we chose to stay here. Highly recommend!

The hotel is really nice ! It is older, but has been well cared for and has some modern updates. The king suite was huge ! Breakfast was pretty good, and there was a large parking lot behind the hotel which was a plus because we had a trailer. I was surprised by the quality for the very reasonable price we paid.

Lovely, well kept, spacious rooms. Morning breakfast was free and very good, and appreciated. It was a quiet retreat, and I would stay there again.

We love staying at the Wyndham Galena Hotel & Spa. It is easy to get to, the rooms are clean and the staff are always very pleasant. The spa is one of our favorite places too. We plan to stay here annually when we make our way through Galena.
