Master Suites Hotel

I've stayed at a lot of hotels.This was probably the least appealing. It was not well cleaned. I don't know everything just felt kind of dirty. The bed was very flat and hard and the pillows two pillows. They were tiny and there were no extras. There are no extras, anything, no extra cows, no extra blankets.It's it was so par for how much we had to pay. It ended up being over two hundred dollars for this room with a spa tub. Don't be fooled by the pictures online.Because it does not look that nice. The tub was the main reason that I went for the more expensive suite and yes, it looked gorgeous.It was hot, but the circulation the pressure was hardly anything. Let's just say I will be staying there again unless it's the only one left like it was last night.

Positive: Close to the venue I was attending. Negative: The Hotel did not have a trash can in the lobby. It did not have an iron in the room. The curtains were hanging at the end. No Elevator, room was on 3rd Floor.

We booked a stay at Master Suites Hotel in Waldorf, MD. The date of our stay was October 29, 2004. The rooms are very dated. The carpet is very worn and tattered, the bedding is worn and tattered the drapes are worn and tattered, (see a pattern here). The room smell musty, not clean, there were stains on the carpet and the furniture condition, cleanliness, was questionable. I requested a refund. I have made several calls to speak to the manager however the manager has not return my many call to discuss this issue. Word of caution, book directly through a hotel where you are staying not a intermediary such as Agoda. They were not helpful in retrieving a refund. Agoda asked us to contact the hotel. We did find a cleaner hotel that met our criteria. We will never say at this hotel again.

This is a very dirty , nasty unclean hotel. I stayed and the toilets and , bedding and tub was filthy!!!!!!! I asked for a refund and it’s taking long .. management Karen is rude , unprofessional and is angry. DONOT stay here!!!!!!!! Horrible, unsafe

The room had bed bugs. Something was itching me and my family the whole time we were there. It was like metal pieces all in the tub. As soon as we walked in, the AC was broken. There was only one window, and they didn't give us a refund. If you don't want problems when you get out of here, then this hotel is not for you at all.
