Pleasant employees but it seems that this hotel is open and doing remodeling and repairs. Another security chain lock was missing in our room, so had to move to another room beds nice breakfast was much better this time ready and hot. Thanks. All in all the good outweighs the bad.

the manager of this place was rude and threatening to my family and myself. 3 times I was threatened by him saying he wasn't extending my stays because I had booked and paid online through trivago, a third party site, and so therefore he was "losing money". he told me i had to pay $90+ at the front desk anymore if I wanted to continue to stay at this place. it is a customer's right to book a room at a specific hotel through online 3rd parties if that hotel is on said site. I will no longer stay there or recommend anybody I know to go there. I will be giving my business and my money to another hotel that will really appreciate my services and my money.

The hotel was fine, nothing exciting, but clean and quiet. We had a first-floor king room. There are a few things I should mention. There was a slightly overpowering smell when we walked into the hotel. I didn't smell it as deeply as my husband, but he has a sensitive nose. There were holes in the sheet that stayed closest to your body, stains on the sheet, and one of the pillowcases. The pillows were uncomfortable and old. The towels were thin and old, too. The cloth on the pedestal or bottom of the bed was torn and hanging down. The bed was also tall and hard to get into. They only offer a grab-n-go breakfast, which didn't entice us. They still had chairs upside down on a lot of the tables while people were trying to eat their waffles, which was the only thing hot that was offered, excep

When I booked the room online, a inside pool and hot tub was listed as an aminity. The pool cold and no hot tub. When I addressed the issue the front desk clerk was very confused. Also it smells like rat poison/cockroach spray.

Poor maintenance non friendly staff the breakfast was a joke. Had sausage and gravy but no biscuits rooms wasn’t secure. My key opened other people’s rooms. No heat in the pool area. One of the worst hotels I’ve EVER stayed in
