Quality Inn & Suites Round Rock - Austin North

We stay at this hotel every year when we come to Austin, and the reason is simple: it is consistently the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed in.While the building is older, it is exceptionally well maintained, and that is a direct reflection of the incredible housekeeping staff. Their attention to detail, pride in their work, and dedication truly show. Every visit, our room is spotless, fresh, and welcoming.It’s rare to find a place where cleanliness is this consistently excellent, especially at such an affordable price. Because of the hardworking staff, we will continue to return year after year. Highly recommend.

This place has the most amazing staff! They’re so helpful and friendly. They definitely made us feel safe and at home. Ashley, Lisa, Darienne, and Jason. Their front desk staff have gone above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience! Rooms are super clean. The beds are so comfortable. The cleaning staff is so kind and hard working ! Over all best place to stay I will not stay anywhere else!

Great customer service. But my room smelled like someone had smoked in it and the breakfast options did not accommodate for a protein keto friendly diet (no boiled eggs). In addition the ice maker was broken.

I didn't have high expectations with the low cost of the stay, but I was surprised! The room was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. The hotel staff was friendly and had no issues.

The detail and care of the rooms far surpasses a lot of the many others I have rented in the area and surrounding, they even have a Laundromat! Yes a laundromat, fairly priced and large washing machine; $2 each cycle, reasonably priced and not exploited as other locations. They realize that it is about 'quality' and convenience to their customers. The grounds have a pool tucked away in a niche setting. Front desk staff were all helpful. Because of this, I've decided to stay another night! My review reflects my first night stay. Keep up the good work! Don't make me have to withdraw my 5 stars on the next review LOL!
