Blessing Community and RV Park

Warning!! the lady that manages this place is cut throat fr. My fiance & i found this place and were so excited about it. we were looking to change the course of our lives & had just relocated. We felt Blessed until she became manager , then we were Cursed! We had 3 trucks and a utility trailer our tires went off the concret slab not even a foot from each side and that was enough for her constant harrassment and threats of fees at a 100$ a peice. Even after we found another place to park our stuff she just kept coming.Went as far as calling the parole officer and letting them know we moved, just trying to get somebody in trouble. No Good Heffer so please be AWARE! Also i got hacked at this spot and its been hell!!

This RV park is one of the best we have been! Right next to a park, close to amenities, and they host events! I guess electric bills are a little high but that has to do with the general area (and likely the AI data centers consumption). The staff used to be grumpy but they have recently changed and are definitely more responsive and wonderful to work with! RV spot prices vary in price but most people don't consider the general area price and privacy you get with spots like these. These spots are almost half the price of an apartment when considering other fees apartments have such as leasing, internet, and miscellaneous fees. If I had to give one constructive criticism it would be that the internet is relatively slow at around 20 Mb/s on a good day and is throttled on others. Hopefully

What a great place to live, (if only for a month). Great office staff, very friendly & helpful. Quiet neighborhood. Nice sites with small grassy yards. The community is a huge place so some some amenities are spread out. We will continue to use Blessings as our home away from home, when traveling through the area.

Good community but really nasty management Jess the manager there act like she is there to help but in all reality she is a snake. If she has a problem with you, she will go out of her way to make your stay there feel like hell , I have always paid on time and never had a problem with nobody. Just because of one disagreement, she has forced me to move out and look for somewhere else. Really like the community because it was close to my job but I can be where the owner of this community let's there property manager treat there renters really bad and not face any consequences. Hopefully one day they will get better management and make the property better ran . Until then stay away from this community.

Blessing Community is truly a wonderful place! The people here are friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. Jess and the team go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and cared for. The environment is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained — a perfect place for families and neighbors to come together. I’m very grateful to be part of such a positive and uplifting community. Highly recommend Blessing Community to anyone looking for a kind and caring atmosphere!
