Quality Inn & Suites Peoria North

We booked this hotel instead of another specifically because it was supposed to have a functioning pool and hot breakfast. Although things look very nice outside and even in the lobby, we get there, and see that things are a little rundown here and there. Over time, the signs kept piling up. The beds were very noisy and creek loudly with every movement, pieces of the bathroom were not well kept and even rusty, The pool had no functioning lights whatsoever.... The following morning when we checked it again, they were an hour late to opening the pool with still no lights that worked and we were able to see that there was green fungus or something by the pool on the ground? They certainly need to step up their cleaning and maintenance at this facility. And when it came to the hot breakfast t

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice and efficient. The rooms were clean and tidy. Free continental breakfast was good and I appreciated the extended times on Saturday and Sunday. A great value for the room I got and the location. This hotel is not very far from downtown, everything is a 15 minute drive or less away from the hotel. The surrounding area is very quiet and it is in a safe location. The Wi-Fi could be improved. At times the connection was very slow. Overall, if I were back in Peoria I will stay here.

Positive: The room and amenities were nice and clean Negative: - TV and internet did not work AT ALL!- AC works but is uncomfortably loud- charged unexpected $150 hold that has still not gone back into my account -_-

Our room was decent but I do think they should remove the pool and hot tub advertising if it’s not operating. I feel like without these amenities, it should be a cheaper hotel. Overall though, it was a good stay.

Play my honest opinion, and they were one of the most budget friendly options that we had. We had a low rate, the hotel was quiet. The air conditioner was exceptionally effective, the room was clean and well made other parts were a little dated, but Precisely what I would’ve expected for a hotel at this location in a room at this price. Staff was very welcoming and professional. The breakfast area was very tidy and offered the standard faire for this type of hotel. We didn’t use any additional amenities, but I’d stay there again, Especially if they would upgrade that coffee.
