Quality Inn & Suites Omaha Chalco

TJ was a great desk clerk. Very kind and attentive. Our room was close to the entrance and the ice machine. A decent spread for free breakfast. And they had decaf! Room was clean. Bed was reasonably comfortable. The shower head created an awesome massage. I didn't want to get out. Provided shampoo and body wash if you use those. Only things that were not perfect was the sink was outside the bathroom (not really a negative) and there was a weird 2" round little sticker patch on my sheets. Would definitely stay again. Oh and did I mention its literally right off the highway.

The room was fine, needs to be updated. Beds were comfortable. Towels were old. Eggs on breakfast were disgusting. Staff was not friendly. We had been traveling & been to Quality hotels and this one was not good. Price was good so maybe that is why? Needs some improvement.

Stayed for a quick rest mid 15 hr road trip based on "good" rating on Expedia. Out dated, elevator did not work (we were on 2nd floor and had items we could not leave in car) and expensive (Friday and College world series). Someone had brought or cooked food and the hallway our floor smelled really strong. Skipped breakfast, too crowded. Did it work for sleep and a shower? Yes. Would we stay here again? No.

This is probably one of the cleanest hotels at a good price I’ve stayed at in a long while. The breakfast is good and the whole staff does an amazing job! I will definitely be staying here again! The guest manager and the whole office staff is awesome! Thanks again

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. The staff was friendly. They accommodated my wife and I to be on the ground floor. Breakfast was good The rail on the pool was very unstable. My wife couldn't get in the pool because of it. The floor in the room was very dirty. My toddler granddaughter was there to visit and her feet were black from the floor.
