Quality Inn & Suites Lincoln South

Location is ok. Not to loud or busy. Service....ummmm... Well.. I got in a room and pulled the top blanket back and the bigger blanket was ripped and shredded in the center and had stains all over it. When taking it to the front got questioned because I have my pups them asking "well was it your dogs" first of all my dogs can't jump on the high beds and no we just got in and started to get settled I checked beds and that's what was there. How can you not see it when making beds for new guests? 🙄 Anyway wifi is slow. Rooms are ok but the they stink like bleach and dog mixed together. The walls have streaks of whatever the heck on it everything so scratched up and it's honestly just dirty. Can use some EXTRA MAJOR cleaning!!!!!! I shouldn't have to come in and clean the floor and it be filth

The rates were on the lower end of the spectrum. $75 a night including taxes. The room was much nicer than I expected. It was clean. I felt safe during my overnight stay. I didn't try any room ammenties. Although it was difficult for me to find using Google maps, it was well worth the extra driving to get there. The reason I didn't give it all 5's was the fact it was hard to find. If you're looking for a reasonably priced room that is clean, has a quiet atmosphere, and plenty of parking this is it. There is a bar and grill next door, but if you don't want to spend $20 on a burger, other food places are scarce.

Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. We had driven over 1000 miles that day, with over 700 to drive the following day. So we were exhausted when we arrived. I made the reservations two hours before arriving, then saw that the hotel is pet friendly. I called the front desk to request that we stay in a room that had never housed pets. Matty was professional and friendly making sure that our room perfectly suited our needs. The breakfast was also delicious and served early enough that we could quickly be on our way the next morning.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The smell of Clorox was terrible in the room. It was like they had cleaned up after a crime scene and the room wasn’t clean. Needed some maintenance.

For $180+ fee I would expect a middle of the road quality place to stay. My sheets had holes in the fitted sheet and rips in the upper sheet. There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the tub. The bathroom ceiling was literally falling in. Paint was chipped off the wall and it smelled like dirty feet in the room. I was up at 3:15 that morning to get my husband to surgery and was just wanted a clean safe room to sleep in. I complained the next morning to the attendant on duty. All he said was sorry and that the cleaning staff if lazy. I should have just slept overnight in my vehicle! It would have been nicer. I would never NEVER recommend this place to anyone!
