Quality Inn & Suites Lincoln North

I came into town for some graduate school meetings, and needed a quiet place to study. This place was perfect for my needs, and half the price of other options. The location is right off the freeway by other hotels, super easy to find. The staff has been excellent, there’s always someone at the front desk, the cleaning staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is typical continental stuff (juice, waffles, biscuits, eggs, yogurt, bagels/cereal… etc), the area is kept very clean and there was never a shortage of food. The hotel and rooms are (marginally) out-dated, but very clean and I didn’t see a single bug. The Internet worked well. If you have kids and the pool is a big deal, might want to call in advance—it’s been closed while I’ve been here. I’d come here again.

It was horrible! I was charged $221 for one night for a room that wasn't worth $50. It's ridiculous that hotels raise the prices on the weekends. My family was in town for a funeral and you made over $1600 from us for one night and none of us were happy about our stay. The hotel smells and it's very outdated. My brother's room had mold in the tub and his shower head fell off when he turned it on. My mom's and sisters room were not very clean at all. In one of them, a dirty washcloth was still in the shower. I'm the other room, the pillow case has makeup on it. I had a king size room and the bed was so old, raggedy and sagging, that I ended up sleeping in my jeep. The couch in the room was so wore out that when you sat on it, it creaked and sank in. Comfortable bed but was woken up by mice in the room. There were several mice traps that we didn’t see when we got in the room but found as we were leaving. Would not bring kids to this hotel.

Everything has been very pleasant and the staff was more than accommodating. A great hotel that is very clean and spacious. There is no reason this hotel shouldn't get a 5 star rating. It even smells freshly cleaned in the hallways before getting to my room. I would recommend this hotel without a question.

We had a king suite so the room itself was pretty decent. Our issue with the room was with both TVs. The image on screen would distort quite a bit making it hard to watch anything on any channel. Service was good. If you needed something, just ask and they'll provide. But they did have a note that room service would not show up every day unless requested. All in all, for the price it wasn't bad. I wish the pool area was more kept up with and lighted better. Or a heated pool would be awesome. But honestly, I was happy with the stay and again, for the price, I really can't say anything horrible.
