Positive: Price was great!! Hotel employee was nice. His customer service was appreciated. He was quick, very nice & patient. He knows his customers. He ensured the we had housekeeping service, even whe I forget to rebook the room again. He smiled a lot. Negative: The room had a weird smell to it. However, it was clean. Besides, I travel with my own cleaning stuff.

the room itself was fine, but the management is awful. they are almost never at the front desk and i consistently had to wait 20+ minutes at the lobby just to be able to talk to someone. they dont pick up the phone either (since theyre never at the desk) so getting a hold of someone is almost always a challenge. this is something that multiple other reviewers have commented on but doesnt get addressed. would never book again

I chose to spend my last little bit of my money & booked a room here thru a 3rd party vendor. This was for my son's 14 birthday he autistic and like to swim we have had a rough year and I wanted to do something special. They have indoor pool. 1st off before I even book a hotel I call to verify deposit amount. We were told 50 over the phone so I was like ok I can do that. (I did not look on there website ) Well we arrive at hotel that was paid for already spent 72 bucks. And there a sign that says 100 deposit required and another that say absolutely no guests are allowed in you your room ( that ridiculous that the hotel wants to dictate what I can do in a room I paid for). I was well prepared for a 50 deposit but not 100. Desk agent said he been there awhile and never said that over

I was very disappointed in my stay the this weekend, the refrigerator didn't work and we paid extra for a jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi didn't even work. When I complained about the price being higher for something that we couldn't enjoy the front desk guy said it wasn't his fault. Definitely was not the answer I expected but guess I will spread the word. Sad thing is I have stayed at this hotel over 50 times this past year you would think they would have offered a partial refund at least.

I would advise you to stay away. We got the suite for new years, and should have ran when the rickety elevator buckled on our way up. The hallways smell bad like mold or fungus, much of our room wasn't clean, dirty sheets and loose hair everywhere. Fridge wasn't working. We tried to make it work but the bed was so uncomfortable we had to find something else. Despite checking out within 5 hours, staff has given us the run around about getting a refund, telling us to just dispute the charge with the bank. Incredibly unprofessional. Don't go here.
