Quality Inn & Suites Hagerstown

Friendly front desk staff. Helped with checking in and being able to add one an extra night. Also had issues with the shower, were able to have maintenance come fix the issue in a timely manner and given the option to switch rooms vs waiting for it to be fixed. Will be back.

Even though our room wa clean and comfortable there were many reason for the 1 rating. Location seems unsafe Lobby not inviting with the glass barrier between registration deal nd guests. Furniture in lobby and breakfast area needs a refresh Breakfast was disappointing. No yogurt, hard boiled eggs, hot sauce. Eggs and sausage were cold. I will not revisit this hotel. Other options closer to highway.

The hotel is very clean the staff is very helpful. Wifi was extremely fast. Breakfast was perfect to start my day. Lots of TV channels. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Even though the room was not that bad, the price for the dog was high, and whoever had a dog in there before they must not have vacuumed very well cause my dog doesn’t shed, and there was a lot of dog here on the floor. The bathroom needed some work even though it was clean the shower just had a piddle of water coming out of it so my husband didn’t even bother the sink faucet was a skew. The worse was the outside area needs to be cleaned better and it’s a little sketchy if you’re a woman walking your dog.

I went to Hagerstown to visit my niece and her partner. It was so hot when I got to the hotel and I was so thirsty. The man at the front desk got me bottled water and I really appreciated it. The room was fine and comfortable. The breakfast was very basic but I had what I needed. I would certainly go back again.
