Quality Inn & Suites Federal Way - Seattle

the day manager was very pleasant and helpful, night manager was kinda rude, also upon check in, nobody thanked me for being a choice member, all of the other hotels i have stayed at have. the breakfast the next day which was at 6:00 am was not ready at all, coffee was out but the rest of the breakfast i could see they were making it. when breakfast is at 6 it should be ready for people to eat, we are on a schedule. Past that the lobby, grounds and room were great, also they didn't offer me an upgrade which several of the other choice hotels have.

5 Star Hotel 🌟. EVERYTHING WORKS. Staff is Amazing, Rooms are Very Clean. Great Location, the Parking Lot is well Lit. VEHICLE felt Secure and did not need to be constantly checking my car. Breakfast was Fresh and Delicious 👏 . I stayed a Night 🌙, Rebooked Again for the Duration of my Trip. VERY SATISFIED 😌. Don't Spend your Money elsewhere. QUALITY INN & SUITES (Federal Way) Definitely gets My Vote of Approval 🗳 👍

Kimberly is an absolutely fantastic Clerk and Host. She's very personable, professional, and knows her job inside and out. In the past year of stays we have become well acquainted during her shift and now she welcomes me by name. I give her a 10 star review. HOWEVER,, I WAS VERRY VERRY DISAPPOINTED when during my last stay, kitchen staff told me no more breakfast proteins during the week per corperate. In fact, that and it's proximity to my job sites are the 2 biggest reasons I use this location. May very well look for other places to stay that are willing to give us working ppl the good breakfast and not just the weekend warriors

We enjoyed one night at the Quality Inn in Wyattville, WV. The room was spacious and clean and the king sized bed was very comfortable. The staff was accommodating, especially Sarif who made sure everyone had what they needed at breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised at the price as well. I guess they didn’t call their hotel Quality for nothing! We will be back.

I've been staying at this location several times a year, for many many years, and for most of those stays its been a good experience, normally I'd rate it a solid 9 or 10. But this time I was very disappointed by the fact that corporate has told the manager to no longer offer the hot breakfast ( eliminating the eggs, sausage, and diced potatoes). The reason given was that it didn't fit with the image of the brand. So apparently now corporate wants "Quality" Inns to be like Motel 6, very poor choice corporate, DO BETTER. The workers at the location are still wonderful, and the overall impression of the property hasn't changed, but this cheapening of the breakfast will definitely make me rethink my choices for staying in Federal Way when I'm there going forward, and that's a shame.
