Holiday Inn Express Federal Way - Seattle South by IHG

This hotel is in an excellent location for purposes of access to/from I-5 freeway and local 320th St businesses. Our needs included quick access to nearby medical facilities (Virginia Mason and Franciscan Hospital). Staff were awesome in helping with my need to make changes to my reservation due to medical issues. The entire premises are super clean, elevators prompt, breakfast location and options wonderful. Will definitely keep this hotel on the top of my list.

We there for 3 nights. Very clean and comfortable! Really didn’t want to leave! Breakfast was excellent!

Wow. To think I was considering Laquinta! I made the right call coming here. The rooms are clean and contemporary. The breakfast bar is AMAZING! It has an excellent variety of food and is delicious. I feel very comfortable and safe here. It is a classy upper end hotel for a reasonable price. You will not regret your stay, I am certain.

This is our second visit. The checkin counter staff has been very gracious and always ready to assist. The rooms were clean and we had a room with a new air/ heat unit with clean filters. The housekeeping, kitchen and maintenance staff were all friendly saying hello, good morning etc. big difference from other Holiday Inn Expresses we stayed at. Everything was clean. The daily breakfast was very good as well with many choice options. Bartender Kyle was a really gracious. His appetizers provided an appetizing aroma around the lounge area that laid you feel welcomed. Thanks Kyle. Overall a great experience and would come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Federal Way – Seattle South. The hotel is newly constructed with a modern, upscale look that truly exceeds its typical star rating. The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and every detail reflects a strong focus on guest comfort and convenience. The breakfast was especially impressive and exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of choices with a noticeable emphasis on healthy options. Everything was well-organized, fresh, and enjoyable. Overall, this property delivers exceptional value, comfort, and quality.
