We went in today 2/21/26 to inquire a rental hall for our upcoming big activity. It was a bit busy when I get there, and there’s only one person doing check-in named Luis, Luis maintain a very professional in a busy situation, I was waiting patiently for 20 mins until I get to my turn, then I was told that he will be with me to accommodate my request. After 45 mins waiting, the check-in line never stop and we were not able to receive any service for what we need.so we decided and end up leaving the hotel. Short Staff? Or under staff, does it matter? There’s a lot of opportunities to provide a better service. Management should have knowledge the forecast check in everyday and should have scheduled enough staff to accommodate the volumes of customers checking in everyday. Not trying to sav

Does anybody remember back when hotels had maid service? Where you paid for a room, and you could wake up, go about your day, and come back to a room that had been straightened up, bed made, new towels? ||Wasn’t that cool? I wonder why we pay more now for hotels and don’t get that?||4 nights. No service. Several signs offering “new easy way to tip” by scanning a QR code.

The service was good 👍 However the room 315 with the window to I-5 with high speed traffic always, can't sleep wellMeanwhile, the AC was too noisy, it always woke me up when it restarted.

Came up for the Seahawks parade last Tuesday night to get an early start on Wednesday. We stay here for night games too. Great location. Secret agent carpool lane exit is nice. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Best bit though was the guy at check in. Very helpful. Great advice about using the light rail to get to Lumen field. Didn't catch his name. It was about 8:30 Tuesday night. So this is my first ever unpleasant experience with Hilton ever. And, I am Hilton Member and for years chose them over other hotels. This time what happened is that I had a reservation Oct 31 - Nov 1. I checked in electronically but never received a digital key. Since this was Halloween night, we were delayed and were arriving after the midnight. As we were on our way coming from Canada, I was talking to a representative and asked him for digital key. While we were talking, my reservation got cancelled and I stayed without my room in the middle of the night with 3 kids one of which is baby. At the same time when my reservation was cancelled I was charged for that cancelation.
