Quality Inn & Suites Dallas-Cityplace

I have stayed at this Quality Inn consistently for months, often for several days at a time. Every stay, I was respectful, clean, never caused problems, and always left a tip on the bed for the staff as a courtesy.||Despite my loyalty and the business I gave them, I was treated with outright hostility during my most recent stay.||At check-in, I was clearly informed that checkout was at 11:30 AM. However, at exactly 11:03 AM, housekeeping knocked aggressively on my door and told me I had to leave immediately.|Still trying to be respectful, I gathered my belongings and walked to the front desk to clear up the confusion.|Instead of addressing it professionally, the woman working the front desk — looked me straight in the face and told me to “go f* yourself.”**|This was said directly to me, in

Pet friendly?? I would never come back with our two dogs! I had to pay 50 dollars for ONE dog!! For two people I paid 55 dollars and for the two dogs 100 dollars for one night!?!? Never paid so much money! A very expensive stay. I offered to control the room but I was told that even nothing was damaged I have to pay the full price, not one cent refundable.... Never again!

I really did enjoy my stay here. I came here last minute and they were able to accommodate me with a nice room. The deposit is so small, and they gave it back to me as soon as I checked out. The breakfast options are great, and they also have an ice box full of ice cream! I didn't have any pest problems, I am not sure what the other reviews are talking about. Overall, I will definitely be back.

Stayed here 4 times & its always been sooo pleasant! Staff are very kind, rooms are big with coffee maker, fridge & microwave What I love the most is location - its close to Target, Mcdonalds, Ross, Trade N Joe, Jack in Box & 7th Eleven - everything you need, plus not far from downtown! Can't waaait to visit again 😇

Where to begin? The AC didn't work in our room. There was no soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. There was 2 large holes in the walls. Bed sheets were stained. There was hair everywhere on doors, all on the shower, on tables, floor, etc. There was plastic bags taped over the fire alarms (thats illegal?). Overall very grimey thin walls so its very loud and you hear everything as well.
