Positive: Nothing Negative: The so called sight manager was the rudest person I have ever met. Very rude and cursed at me. The supposed owner never answered my phone calls.

Room 104 smelled, the smell was in the bed and pillows. Mildew? Wet dog? Wetness? Something.... I recommend getting rid of all carpet and use tile. I'm gunna give you a 1 star Google review, because of the smell. The shower was hot and the pressure was great. The bed was comfortable and soft, but smell was soaked into the material. My wife brought a candle from home and we bought and additional candle from a local store to help cover up the smell. Shout out, to the lady that booked our room from over the phone was very nice, super nice, there a was a mix up with the state, but she fixed it , no problem. You gotta fix the smell.

The bathroom was completely filthy. The shower doors were full of dirt and mildew. Multiple brown stains on the walls. Floors were EXTRA DIRTY; BLACK SLIME!!! The pillow cases were used and smelly from the previous guest. A blood stain was on the next pillow case that I requested. Towels were embarrassingly worned, stained, dirty and dingy. The clock not the telephone worked...TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. The health department should be notified immediately. Thank you.

A/C in the room was so loud there was no way you could sleep. Could hear it running outside from across the parking lot. I thought I could turn on the tv to kinda drown out the start up and shut off of the a/c. Nope ! Tv didn’t work. Couldn’t get a refund either. Other rooms sold out but was only five cars in the parking lot. Terrible but now I know better and maybe you will too.

I booked this hotel on Priceline, and purchased travel insurance. I ended up not being able to go, and when I went to utilize my hotel insurance, through Priceline, and they told me no problem, they just need to get approval from the hotel to release the funds, which I can do, since I purchased the insurance coverage. They contacted the hotel, and the manager CJ refused to honor this. Priceline told me I was good on their end, but the hotel was not cooperating. They advised me to call the hotel myself, and explain to them the situation, and the fact that I had the insurance. I tried multiple times to call the hotel, however, for two weeks whenever I called, they said CJ, the manager was unavailable.
