The staff were all very pleasant, and the lady at the front desk was the only person we saw every time we walked by so she must work a lot or own it. You can tell they are trying to update things, which is nice, but it also looks like some of that work was poorly done. Very disappointed with the breakfast options, hot tub was cold, pool was freezing, beds had weird bedding, and everything just felt dirty (the floors, the tables, shower, etc).

Positive: Breakfast was ok. Negative: Hot tub roped off and empty with no warning when booking. Place seemed worn out.

Unfortunately my stay here wasn’t great. When I arrived there was hair left in the shower and noticeable dust on several surfaces, which made the room feel like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. There was old food left in the fridge. The couch also appeared stained and dirty to the point that I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it and had to cover it with a blanket. The room itself was very dark, which added to the uncomfortable atmosphere. I hope the hotel improves its cleaning standards because cleanliness is really important when staying somewhere overnight. I also went to Walmart to buy my is comforter set because after seeing everything else I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the bed

Absolutely filthy! Had to change rooms because of the filthy 1st room, then had to wait for the 2nd room to be cleaned! Old urine on toilet, scum around the hot tub, sticky substance on tables, phone didn't work, the entrance was all ice and snow for unloading, something gross on the shower curtain, the tv remotes were sticky. I had to personally wipe down the remotes, hot tub, and toilet seat even after waiting for the room to be cleaned. I saw that the wood tables in the dining area were being cleaned with glass cleaner, not disenfectant! Truly unhappy, and the management told Mary at the front desk that the best he can do is give me 500 Wyndham points, and a discount on my next stay. What an insult! I am definitely NOT GOING TO STAY HERE AGAIN! I am still waiting to hear from the

The room was not very clean. Multiple food crumbs on the floor. A beetle in the bathroom. Stains on the sheets. A burn hole on the comforter. ||||Breakfast was disappointing. Both coffee carafes were empty. Eggs were gone and sausage was cold. Waffle maker out of order.||||Pool and hot tub were not working.
