Quality Inn Richmond Hill - Savannah I-95

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. However, we did not want to use the pool due to it desperately needing to be cleaned. The room needed to be properly cleaned. The floor was sticky, pillow cases had small stains and sheets had a funky smell. We left without staying the night and just took the loss on the cost.

The room was cleanish except for the mold on the sink and the very dirty coffee maker. The hair dryer had probably two inches or dust accumulated in it. The mini fridge barely worked and was loud. But Beds were comfy and clean. Enjoyed the stay. Oh and the staff were very nice and saw that I am disabled and they switched out room to a bottom level room.

Location was conveniently located right off the highway and I felt very safe as a solo, female traveler. The staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Free Wi-Fi and a good selection of free TV channels. The pool was rectangular instead of curved, so you could actually swim if you desired to - I only wish it was warm enough out today to do so. :) There was an attached restaurant/bar to make food easily accessible. Breakfast options included Belgian waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and plenty of drink options. Overall, satisfied with my stay and the price was reasonable and in line with expectations for the amenities.

Positive: Customer Service Negative: The mildew smell affected my new born we had to call paramedics. And everyone else had to adjust it as well. Everytime we flushed the toilet the floors in the room would get wet. House cleaning did not clean the room

While the property could use some updating. Our room was neat and tidy. The sheets were crisp and clean. You could walk on the floor in your socks. Reasonable price for a quick sleep and recharge. Great stopping place for the night when traveling. Doesn't hurt that there’s any restaurant attached with decent food and cold beer. Would stay here again.
