If I could give this place and its staff ZERO stars, I would. Went for a trip to GA, booked a double smoking room. Upon arrival after an event (later at night), we were told no smoking.. ok, fine. Long day of travel, we just want to sleep. 45 min into the room stay we come across a German roach. My mother snapped a photo, and went to the office. After recapping what had happened to the persons at the desk she was told “we don’t have roaches, not my hotel”. He then proceeds to state when we opened the door we let it in. Oh and also he told us we had to leave. She asked for a refund so we can go stay elsewhere and the worker said we could get a refund minus a $30 cleaning fee. We were there 45 min and demanding a cleaning fee for a place that has roaches is diabolical. Not to mention he acc

This location was one of the worst Choice hotels I have stayed. The room did not look to have been swept or moped. The door to the room did not close properly and took two people to close. The toilet seat was missing a screw and hadn't been cleaned. The bath tub was rusty and did not properly drain. The bath tub faucet leaked. There was only one wash cloth and it looked as if it had been dragged on the floor.

Lobby was full of unboxed TVs and other supplies. The room was accessed from the outside and smelled extremely strongly like bleach. Took a shower and walked to the bed barefoot sat down my wife noticed my feet were black so the floor was not too clean. Room was large but sparsely appointed. They said they had a hard breakfast and all they had was a waffle iron nothing else that was hot poor assortment of pastries

First let me say that Chris was the best period he made it easy for me to check in. As well as an upgrade to my room which I’ve very much appreciated being a rewards member. Breakfast was great the area was clean I was greeted by Chris again in the morning and he took care of me at checkout time which again I appreciate it because I’m not from the city.
