Room was better than expected. Plenty of parking, near I95, stores and restaurants near by. Lobby was very nice. This is what I expect from Hilton as a Diamond member. Very pleased.
It was a very good overnight stay. From the moment we walked in to reserve a room Mary at the front desk was wonderful. She was very friendly and accommodating to meet our needs. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Will stay there again. Location was close to I95 however, that road is a nightmare especially between 4-6pm.
It was a stop between Maryland and South Florida. The rooms were recently renovated. Very nice and clean, and very friendly staff. We asked for 1st floor because we had 2 small dogs, however, the 1st floor was being renovated. We got a room near the elevator as we requested. The breakfast was also nice, a real breakfast with eggs, potatoes, wafels, and many more items and fruit, and muffins and Granola bars, and more.
I arrived at 8:00 pm and was greeted by Mary who was so helpful and friendly. She made my check in so easy and pleasant. The room was clean and the shower was great!! The free breakfast was more than I expected. Eggs , sausage, waffles, home fries, cereal and yogurt just to name a few. Rick who takes care of it all was very friendly and kept everything looking great!! I will definitely stay here again!!
Our stay was horrible. The lady at the reception was extremely rude to my family the entire time, from the first contact until the moment we left. When we asked for simple information about the hotel, she responded rudely. Extremely sarcastic and stupid. All this bad mood made us not want to return to this city. The cleaning staff were kinder and more welcoming than that woman at the front desk. She shouldn't work in customer service if she doesn't know how to treat people with a minimum of politeness and kindness. The room looked clean, but the lamps wouldn't turn off and we had to take them out to sleep and put them back in the morning. We saw cockroaches in the hallways as soon as we arrived.
