Spark by Hilton Port Wentworth Savannah

I had an extremely positive experience when my wife and I stayed two nights at this hotel. I normally stay i other Hilton brands but I was trying to save a little money on this business trip. I read the reviews and noticed several negative reviews. I designed to give it a chance and I'm glad I did. The whole hotel has been recently renovated and look good. All of the staff were very polite and helpful. I definitely would stay here again next time I have business in Savannah.

We enjoyed our stay here. The Spark had been renovated was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable and breakfast was adequate. The breakfast bar had cereal, yogart,fresh fruit, bagels, juices and coffee plus a waffle iron. There was plenty for a light breakfast. The only complaint I had was the shower curtain was too short and the faucet in shower was loose. The desk clerks were pleasant and helpful. We were playing Volleyball at the Civic Center it was a short 20 minute drive. We will definitely stay here again. Reasonable rates and we felt safe , as our party was two women and a sixteen year old girl.

Positive: quiet location off of 95, breakfast was adequate Negative: pricey for what you get; not up to Hilton's usual standards

We arrived late at night to check-in. We made it up to the room with no issues and the a/c had the room cooled nicely. We quickly settled in to the clean room, and had a decent nights sleep. The rooms side-by-side were fairly quiet, but between floors it was loud with footsteps and movement. There seemed to be minimal staff present, but they were nice enough. The breakfast was simple, but restocked and tended to. The truck stop next door didn't bother us at all, the black out curtains did their job. For the price and location relevance to Savannah, i would stay again.

Stayed at this hotel recently. There was trash in the floor of our room as well as dirty used linens in the shower. An unacceptable level of cleanliness. We took our quick nap from our drive and got out of there as fast as possible. We’ll never stay in a Spark again.
