Quality Inn Mount Vernon

This place was great. I stayed for a week. All staff members and front desk personal were ready to help, but the help I got from one personal made a big difference for me to write this review. Front personal by the name of Nikki don’t give customer benefit of doubt on anything. I came in because my room door wouldn’t lock and she made it seem like I didn’t know how to lock my door and it didn’t seem like a safety issue for her. She also made me wait more than 10 minutes in line just to find out where the ice machines were located. I walked in and interrupted her, but I did it when she was waiting for payment and when things got quiet with her current customer. The Manager Christy was so helpful and professional. It was my first time the she made me feel welcomed. Also Angela, the reservation specialist gave exceptional service explaining everything step by step. I will recommend to friends. Rooms were clean beautiful. THANK YOU Judy Dattt

Breakfast could have had any source of meat I mean anything, no hot eggs only boiled cold eggs ... OMG THE MINI BAGELS BRUHHHHHHH I THINK DAMM NEAR CRACKED A TOOTH ! I couldn't believe they served that ,the pancakes weren't cooked all the way through. BUT THE FREE AIR PROVIDED WAS EXCEPTIONAL AT LEAST THATS FREE NOWADAYS ! But the Rooms 8/10 Clean floors , soft comfy bed , spacious rooms Damm near did a cartwheel 🤸🏽‍♀️ . The lady in the night had an awkward attitude but the lady in the morning A++ ps Would Def still go back just get free air and coffee instead I need my teeth when I'm older 🦷 SO NO MINI BAGELS 🥯 oh yeah before I forget the parking SUCKED !! Positive: The size of the room. Cleanliness, ease of check in check out. Ample parking Negative: Breakfast could have included bacon or sausage. More options. Nicer staff. One lady was very kind but the two others could be nicer

This was a really nice and pleasant hotel. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were nice, very clean. I absolutely loved the art decor of Washington D.C., gave it a great feel. Room was very quiet and peaceful. No outside noise. My only complaints and I didn't let either detour me from still giving 5 stars. There was a pretty big buckle in the carpet, mostly just ugly and an eye sore. I did notice a roach in the shower, which was surprising because the room was amazingly clean. As far as I know he was the only one, as I looked for more since I spotted him, just to make sure, lol. Over all, I would most definitely stay here again.
