Quality Inn Merrillville

I used to love this hotel. Ive been staying back and forth for about 2 years but things have drastically changed. They have bed bugs now and everything is dirty. The sinks have low pressure, dirty. Some of the toilets don’t flush properly. The fridges have not been defrosted or cleaned out From the elevators to the sheets to the mattress. Some of the rooms are flooding as well. The workers are kind but i dont feel it is worth the money with a non refundable policy. They used to be clean and the beds were up to par. They need to update

The night check in mgr very pleasant. 1st king room had no chair or any chair. Only sit is on bed and unexecptable. Ive never been in a motel, any chain, without at least a cheap chair. I waa moved to a 2nd king room with both desk/chair and easy chair. Pulled top covers back and sheet had 3/4 to 1 inch burn hole still with burn edge. I photographed to protect myself. Bathroom without a bar of soap or shower mount soap. Then turned on TV with "no incoming signal" message. I checked the HDMI and cable connections - all good. I did not call manager as was not moving again. So no TV. The coffee maker had used pad in place - not cleaned. Change rating to 4 as the positives were: 1. Very competitive price and trailer parking. I require these to book. 2. Nice check in manager. 3. Had a chai

I stayed at this place recently and had a really good experience. Check-in was quick and easy, which was a nice start to the stay. The staff were super friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I also spent some time at the pool, which was clean and well-maintained—perfect for relaxing. Overall, everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again!

This is my third time staying at the quality inn in Merriville. And upon arriving for check-in the staff at the front desk was very polite friendly.Understanding the place was elegant a very stand outish professionalism at its finest, I recommend anybody traveling or needs some time away from their home. This is their home away from home.\n Upper management was very kind and concerned about Wishes that was requested and did not give me any troubles and accommodated me.I very much appreciate everything and my stay!

Title: Disgusting conditions and no enforcement of basic standards I stayed one night at the Quality Inn in Merrillville and it was an absolutely awful experience. I genuinely do not understand how this hotel is allowed to operate in this condition. The room was filthy and clearly not properly cleaned. The bedspread had visible stains, the couch was dirty and worn, the bathroom floor and the area around the toilet were grimy, the shower curtain was yellow and dirty, and the microwave looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. On top of the horrible cleanliness, the entire place smelled like marijuana. Other guests were openly smoking in their rooms and the hotel did nothing to enforce any non-smoking policy. I should not have to deal with weed smoke inside a hotel room. This
