Quality Inn Greenwood Hwy 25

We actually enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet and clean. The only problem we had was trying to get a remote control for the TV. The manager told me two days in a row that he would get someone to bring me one. Which he didn't. So I actually saw the maintenance man and had to ask him myself so on the third day I actually got to watch some TV. Our overall stay was pleasant and we really enjoyed it.

The overall stay wasn't bad but the bed had a big dip in and made it uncomfortable to sleep in and the carpet was dirty and needed to be cleaned badly. I've stayed here before but I did not sleep well due to the dip in the bed in room 120.

It shouldn’t even get 1 star! I checked in my room and left to get some food, I came back and took a shower, towels were dingy and off white colored, I played down on the bed and looked up to see a roach crawling on the ceiling. I thought okay just kill it… then I started to look more and I found several more crawling in between the wall and the headboard 🤮🤮 I checked out at 1:30am and was supposed to have my room for another night. I went back the next day to get a refund and the man told me I couldn’t get a refund for the whole stay! I was beyond pissed off and disgusted. When I said something to the manager he said he knows he has roaches and I’m still not getting a refund. I’m definitely making a phone call to the health department in the morning. They need to be shut down

Delightful stay with top-notch amenities! The room was elegantly equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable visit. The staff's hospitality and the overall ambiance made the visit amazing. Amazing front desk staff . Will be returning soon. Location was great very close to restaurants and stores.

HORRIBLE! Avoid this place at all costs. As soon as we entered the room, there were tons of cockroaches on the nightstand. The more we killed, the more they kept coming. It was dirty, disgusting, and no one should ever have to experience this. It was so overpriced for what you are getting. I genuinely thought the room had potential, but I was very wrong. Not to mention, the smoke detector was broken, which is highly ILLEGAL!! One night at this hotel felt like a never ending nightmare. DO NOT stay here and give these people any business. They are horrible and don't care about the issue, which could easily be solved by calling pest control. Management is too cheap to fix the cockroach issue, and at this point it's better to sleep in your car than stay here. STAY AWAY!!!
