Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenwood Mall by IHG

I am a Holiday Inn frequent stay member and have stayed at quite a few. This hotel was by far the cleanest, friendliest, and had the best breakfast from ANY other Holiday Inn I have been to. Fat Free milk, whole wheat english muffins and egg white vegetable omelets. The breakfast area is large and even has a few private booths to sit at. As a member I am supposed to receive a free bottled water when I check in. Ninety percent of the time...nothing. Here, at Greenwood Holiday Inn, not only did they remember the water, they also gave a bag of Planters trail Mix.

Very comfy bed and amazing breakfast. Our little getaway that's not far from home. Quin checked us in and he was so kind. He answered any questions we had and made us feel welcome. Will recommend any family coming into town to stay here.

This hotel is exceptionally clean and looks like it has been remodeled. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is the best that I have had compared to ANY other Holiday Inn I have stayed at. They have egg white vegetable omelets, whole wheat english muffins, Fat Free milk, a very large area to eat, that even has a couple private booths with their own TV. It is off the highway, so no road noise. Beds are very comfortable and come with two firm pillows and two soft pillows.

The hotel is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. Both the hotel and rooms are very clean, impressively clean. You’ll even see the cleaners constantly working in the lobby, and the staff overall provide excellent service. The room was spacious, spotless, with a clean bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The only downside was the pillow, which wasn’t very comfortable. A nice plus is the laundry facility, which is very convenient for longer stays. Breakfast was alright, nothing special but good enough to start the day. Every time I stay in a Holiday Inn hotel, I never get disappointed. The hotels always look nice, the rooms are very clean, and the staff service is excellent and this Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Greenwood was no exception. Overall, a very clean and well
