Hampton Inn Greenwood

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn Greenwood! The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The service was top-tier from start to finish — the team truly cares about the guest experience. The location is perfect and convenient to everything in the area, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options to start the day right. A special shoutout to Chloe for taking care of me during a late-night check-in. She was welcoming, professional, and made the process quick and seamless. Highly recommend this property — I’ll definitely be back!

The check-in process was lightning speed and I was safely in my room within 5 minutes of parking and arrival (much appreciated after several hours on the road). I enjoyed the super comfortable bed, low/no noise (felt like I was the only one in the hotel despite a fairly full parking lot!) free breakfast with tons of grab and go options, juices, protein-rich eggs, breakfast meat and potatoes, pastries and make-your-own waffles. A safe, comfy, seamless stay!

Bugs and lies. Staff burned me for hundreds of dollars. Upon checking in, I found fecal spotting consistent with bed bugs on my mattress. The front desk offered a full refund if I wanted to check out, so I did. After I booked a different hotel, they said they are now going to charge me for a night rather than the full refund they initially went out of their way to offer as an option. Despite my most expensive night being less than $140, they somehow charged me over $220 for that one night. I stayed with Hilton around 150 nights last year; issues like bugs happen and that's okay, but it's how you respond to an issue that matters. Out of 4 major issues I had throughout the year only 1 was dealt with appropriately. I'm done with Hilton. Corporate doesn't take accountability for the individ

Rooms clearly hadn’t been cleaned/dusted in awhile. Bathroom had dust on top of toilet and vanity. Dead bugs behind toilet and in various places in the room like beside a/c, under the edges of the bed and behind door. The microwave hadn’t been wiped out and the refrigerator was sticky. The tv was covered in dust, sheets weren’t fresh either. The whole breakfast setup was like it was cooked in either a microwave or in a bag in hot water. The place was definitely not meeting expectations of the $200+ expense. Place wasn’t clean enough for me to want to shower in.

Stayed here just recently with my boyfriend Jacob. We enjoyed the stay. Was cute. Breakfast was okay not the best of the best. Our Honda Civic got broken into but we believe it was an inside job. Ya see Jacob is a manager at Build A Bear and we believe someone at the hotel wanted to steal our bear. Oh well manager told us nothing could be done. The beds are soft and not to noisy. Lol We asked if we could have room service at 3AM and a rather cute bald man definitely fulfilled all our wants. Will definitely stay again !!
