Quality Inn Great Barrington

I find your rooms, very comfortable and clean. The linens are always very fresh and the bed is perfect! The pressure and the hot water in the shower is excellent. I also appreciate the coffee in the room and the refrigerator. Your breakfast room is certainly another reason for my staying there. It’s so nice just to walk over for a cup of coffee and breakfast and then go back to my room to pack my things. I will certainly stay there again!!

This budget hotel really delivers. It is newly renovated, exceptionally clean (using hospital cleaners). Friendly staff. Free breakfast includes eggs, waffles, sausage, rolls and coffee, juices and tea. Front desk is open 24/7|Bedding is very comfortable. |I’d rate it 5 stars except for the noise from the heating/cooling unit in our room. I slept thru it but my noise-conscious husband found it disturbing.

The hotel is great. The staff is amazing. It’s just little minor things like amenities like it would be nice to have a smart TV or Netflix in your room and I wish the mattresses were a little firmer. But it is in a great location.

Only reason i didn't give it 5 stars was because the curtains had black stains and the room had a funky smell when you first walked in. Had to open door for 30 minutes. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Brian the concierge was very nice to us. Right in heart of town too. Would go back.

Hotel was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Room furniture is outdated. Breakfast area is small. Railroad tracks run behind the hotel rear. We got hit with a fast snowstorm and the property wasn't plowed and guests couldn't get up the driveway to their rooms.
