Quality Inn Fredericksburg, Central Park Area

Worst experience ever with a hotel. My kids split a lil chocolate milk on the sheet and they charged us 50$ for a Sheet that they bleach. Everyone was very rude and disrespectful when I called to see why they charged us 50$. Will never stay here ever again!!! When I checked in my room looked like it was never cleaned the floor was sticky and nasty the tub had nasty pub hairs all in it. It was disgusting! The reservation was under my fiance name****

We stayed almost a full week with not one day of housekeeping. We had a dog which we paid the pet fee for every day. They charged and additional $25/day deposit which they kept because they said the room needed extra cleaning, which it did not. All it needed was sweeping and mopping and changing the bed clothes. Normal cleaning! These people are crooks. Especially Amita the Foreign Indian Manager. She is a terrible manager and a shyster. She finds any reason she can to take money and keep money! DO NOT GO HERE! THIS PLACE SUCKS! REPORTED TO the BBB along with Choice Hotels!!!!

The overall experience was just ok. The beds were very comfortable and the surroundings were very quite as well. However, my room was never cleaned or bed sheets not cleaned during my entire 4 night stay. The woman who attended the breakfast buffet was not friendly at all and really needs to know how to work with the public. I never got her name but was middle age and brunette. The location was very poor for people without a car and seemed isolated and depressed location as well. I'm sorry but I will not stay here again. Thank you.

When we checked in, everything was good it was perfect the stay was good There was no issues besides the breakfast they advertise, hot fresh and ready and they literally have nothing but egg sausage slice bread , two cereals,yogurt, and a waffle maker other guest was complaining how they took everything away that they used to have being there’s no people renting rooms they guess! Go to check out my room is clean. My trash is in the trash the towels that we use are in a pile and the little Indian lady go to check my room and tries to come back and ask me Do I have an animal? I tell her no she’s more than welcome to go out and check my vehicle. There’s no animal then she said did you smoke in the room I said absolutely not check your camera. You’ll see we came out every time to smoke. You’r

Bathroom floor had several areas of black goo smeared on it. We had barely enough toilet paper. There was lotion beside the sink, but the only soap was shampoo affixed to the wall of the shower. The mattresses were basically springs with sheets on them. And the remodeling efforts were not the greatest quality. HOWEVER, it wasn’t totally dirty and the AC worked. We just won’t stay again unless it’s an emergency.
