Quality Inn DFW Airport North

Stayed here for one night recently and had a very positive experience. I checked in around 4 PM using the free airport shuttle, and the front desk staff were very helpful, assisting multiple guests at once since a van full of us arrived from the airport together. The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the airport with the complimentary shuttle, and there’s even a 7-Eleven and a restaurant within walking distance. The room had everything I needed, and my view faced the pool. While the room is basic and a bit older, it was clean and fully functional. Checkout was very quick and easy. They also offered a very nice continental breakfast that stayed fully stocked throughout the breakfast hours. I would definitely stay here again if I need a place close to the airport.

My stay was perfect. Just as good as the stay 2 months earlier.When I walked in late at night, I looked carefully at the walls, the floors, furniture, the countertops. Everything was clean that’s what I wanted to see. Same thing in the room I wasn’t looking for contemporary furnishings and high fashion. Just a comfortable room that was above all clean in every respect. A tiny bathroom, but clean. The bed was clean and comfortable perfect for an airport overnight.! I used to stay at Hilton‘s when traveling through DFW but this is my new designated overnight spot. The shuttle service is what sealed it. The hotel can be great, but if the shuttle service is lousy, forget the hotel. I’ve stayed twice in this hotel and shuttle service has been reliable. If that remains the case, this remains my

The Hotel has roaches . I couldn't even complete my stay. I checked in at 4 pm , showered, took a nap...met family for dinner and came back to three baby roaches visible within 2 minutes of being in my room. Before I left for dinner I killed one crawling on the wall behind the TV. My family insisted that I check out and stay with them. I had to put my luggage in plastic bags and keep in the trunk of their car in fear of bring roaches into their home until I arrived at the airbnb. I called at least 10 times to get a refund and and speak with the manager. Ironically he was never there. Its great that there is a free shuttle...but not worth it. I chose this hotel at the last minute because my airbnb wasn't ready. Mr. Neal Patel(the manager) was never reachable. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU A

I needed a last minute room as I was out late and had an early morning flight. The room was less than $80. I arrived, slept, and caught the shuttle and left. It met all my needs as an airport hotel.

Excelent place to stay just beforeone negativo before my flight very early next morning. Front desk guys always kind and willing to respond to all my questions and requests over the phone and in person. I appreciate the shuttle service running all day since 3:30am with virtually no waiting time getting me back and forth to DFW Terminal D in less tan 20 mins each trip. I have stayed in much more expensive hoteles where the stay, the timing and service were not as outstanding as it is in this small but warm hotel. Thanks and keep up the great work.
