Quality Inn at Albany Mall

I had an extended stay at this hotel (four months), and I could not be happier about how I was treated. The price was the main selling point for me. But, given what I paid for the room, I think there was immense value in the hotel. The staff from the manager, Patrick, to the housekeeping to the maintenance crew was always very helpful and went far above and beyond any of my expectations. They even helped me set up a little mini-office in my room, for which I am very grateful. While the breakfast was not always my cup of tea, the fact that it was always an option should I want it gave me a free option for an early morning meal. My overall stay was good. The area is nice and quiet which is a plus. The overall hotel is quiet and clean for the most part..however there needs to be some improvements on the bathroom and shower heads. There also needs to be better pillows on the beds because the current ones tend to go flat. The staff was very nice and helpful. I didn't get to try the breakfast bar. Patrick was great 👍🏾 overall I would recommend this hotel for a good stay.

Due to my circumstances I have had an extended stay here and it has been so easy to book last minute and then extend my stay for as long as I’ve needed to! All of the staff is amazing to work with and have kept up with me. Great experience! ❤️⭐️

Super friendly staff. Very clean room. Heater worked great. Water was super hot. ||Hotel is close to many restaurants a day the Albany mall. There is an outback steakhouse and Olive garden within walking distance.

We always have an excellent experience at quality inn we come here a lot for work and the Manager he’s name is Patrick he makes everything so much easier I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay with them anytime. reservations are very quick and easy as well the rooms are very clean everyone here is very kind I have no problems when ever we come here the staff and everyone else are great.
