Plaza Inn & Suites - Hagerstown

We needed one night and had $100 ... Didn't have the other for the deposit so she wanted our whole $100 .... Said we could have a nice poolside room yet we walk in and the room smelled of nasty sex and crotch.... Found a used condom on the floor by the bed!!! Told the front desk and they just picked it up and sprayed air freshener... The poolside doors had a nail for a lock! You are not allowed to even have Anyone come in for a min and our room didn't even have a microwave! Had to walk to the Little lobby room with a dinosaur microwave that took forever . They act like they are doing you a favor ... The soaps were already open and the towels were barely bigger than hand towels and they refused another room. They let whoever stay also as long as they get money it's whatever

Our room was very dirty and nothing like the photos on the website. Pool was also dirty so unfortunately my daughter couldn’t swim. They offered us another room but the other guests said the other rooms were just as bad. Not pleased at all. Wasn’t worth what was spent!

Don't waste your time. Booked through booking.com and prepaid. Couldn't arrive in time so I contacted both booking and the hotel. Spoke to the lady at the front desk and she informed me it would be no problem to move my reservation to the following day since they had plenty of rooms available and since I already paid it's not like they would be out any money so no problem at all. A few hours later I found out she had actually lied and declined my request through the app. So I'm basically out $80 for the room. Never again. Worst customer service.

I was looking through reviews and seen that everyone had the same problems as me and more. The front desk clerk didn’t really care that we were waiting to check in. We walk to our room and instantly get punched in the face with the smell of cigarettes. They claim it’s smoke free rooms but it smells like no one cared about that. We enter in the room and noticed the blankets had cigarette burn marks in them! (I have photos) Not just one, but a few! We lights out and went to sleep, woke up the next day, took a shower just to be greeted by mold on the shower curtain and roaches (I have photos) crawling out of the shower and sink! It was scary! They seemed to have been there for a while, seeing as how they weren’t afraid to run around the sink, the floor and around your personal items. We also

First off the elevator didn't work. Secondly the place was a mess, blood in the shower, marks in the furniture, mold and water around window. Looks fine and well until you go further into the hotel. The pool was dirty and was not in working order. There was freaking plastic spoons and crap in there. It was not a safe and secure place for my family. The locks barely worked and secondary lock was nowhere to be found. Key cards didn't work. A/C and heat did not work either. We asked for another room basically the same issues. When I asked for a refund I had called booking.com and still couldn't resolve the situation. I called the hotel lady was rude and I didn't receive my refund nor my deposit. It was also an establishment for homeless which was not on anything!!!
