Plaza Inn

I had a pleasant stay at the Plaza Inn. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, the mattresses were firm and the bedding and pillows were comfortable. The a/c was a wall unit and it kept the room nice and cool. The unit had a large screen TV and refrigerator. I would happily stay at the Plaza Inn again and would recommend it to family and friends.

I only stayed one night here, but had no complaints. It's an old motel, but my room was clean. I parked right in front of my room and didn't hear any craziness all night. The front desk guy was super nice. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Great Falls that have higher ratings and turned out to be complete nightmares! This was not one of them

Room stinks of old smoke. Got the room through Expedia, if getting a refund was easier I would have changed hotels. Expedia’s app is too complicated, things constantly popping up that are not asked for.

Flashback to the Fifties!!!! Older motel but remodeled to some extent. Rooms clean and neat. Airconditioner in the wall. The toilet seat wasn't very well attached and moved around...not a lot of places to plug in a cell phone...but we had a frig and a microwave which is always a plus. We arrived early and the cleaning staff let us into a room but didn't have access to the room keys so we went to the room and waited for the owner to show up with keys. We didn't wait long and then we left and found our destination for the next day and a place to eat that night. We slept good and we checked out. Once I arrived home and unloaded my suitcase I realized I had left a black blouse in the room, I called the Plaza Inn and they had found my blouse and mailed it to me very quickly....thank you

The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to the Great Falls Mall ,next door to a restaurant and Casino . The service is excellent , from the front desk clerk to the maids . The room's and bathrooms are spacious, clean and quiet. I spend 8 days in the hotel and I don't have a single complaint. A great place to stay.
