Dent not horrible for the price. Got 18% off when booking for your booking. If I had to pay full price it wouldn’t have been worth it. The whole hotel had an odd smell to it. Like when something doesn’t smell good and someone is trying to cover it up. The elevator was out one day we were there, the maintenance on the facility was bad. As a husband who’s a contractor it just shows how much some cares and I would say they don’t at all compared to what he was saying. The room was clean and the maids that clean it are doing a good job. Everything I can think of is more an owner or manager issue. Not saying I wouldn’t recommend it but definitely a few better options for the price. Just a bit more care, attention to details, and proper repairs. If that was done I think it would be a pretty good

A large cockroach with wings ran in front of me before the check in employee came out. I stepped on it. The room was spacious. Breakfast has lots of hot and cold options. When starting the coffee maker in the room, tiny roaches started running all over the machine and counter top. The gym has old equipment that will suffice if a person is gentle using the weight machine. The indoor pool is not heated (that’s ok). The hot tub is lukewarm warm and has very weak jets. The laundry mat came in handy. With some TLC, this hotel can live up to its potential. I will not stay here again because of the roaches.

I've rated this hotel 5 stars because of the following: • Best value for your money. • The rooms are clean and spacious. • Amazing staff. • I've stayed in many hotels around the world, including some 5-star hotels, but I've never seen the owners interact with the daily activities as in this hotel. Moreover, the owners are as friendly of people you'll meet. • Excellent location to everything. • Restaurants are walking distance. The mall, HEB grocery store, Urgent Care, Sam's Club, Costco, department stores and anything you need is literally 5 minutes away. This hotel provides the best bang for your buck! I wish all hotels were like this in my travels.

My husband and I recently stayed at Platinum Inn & Suites in Webster, and we were truly so impressed. From the moment we walked in, the owner and staff made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. They were kind, attentive, and genuinely accommodating the entire stay. Our room was immaculately clean — I’m pretty particular about cleanliness, and it exceeded my expectations. Housekeeping refreshed our room daily, which made it feel even more comfortable and homey. It’s rare to find that level of consistency and care. The gym and pool area were very clean and well maintained, and breakfast each morning was fresh, stocked, and enjoyable. One thing that really stood out to us was how well lit the parking area is — even the back parking lot felt bright and safe at night, which gave us so much

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. My room was filthy, there was something all over the bathroom door. Poop on the toilet, dirty towels and sheets. Shower was gross. The tv didn’t work and a large family, occupying several rooms, was literally slamming their bodies into my door until 10pm. Worst of all, my door wouldn’t lock when I left the room and didn’t close all the way when I was inside. Despite bringing this to the staff’s attention, they did not move me to a new room. Instead, they said they would go up and try shutting the door themselves lol what. So weird. Myself and Expedia tried to get a refund on my remaining 4 nights and was denied. I will never stay here again and I will shout from the rooftops about how horrible it was. I just wanted a clean and safe space t
