Pilgrim House Provincetown

This is a great location, slightly east of the center of town, and right on commercial Street. I have stayed several times over winter months as it is one of the few locations that stays open year round. On season, the on site restaurant and proximity to pretty much everything in town is really convenient. The rooms themselves are comfortable, clean and in cold months nice and cozy given that you may be escaping the winter elements and wanting an evening inside. The proprietors are friendly, helpful and informative and really want to do what they can to make sure their guests are comfortable. It's a great place to stay--enjoy your visit to the Cape by staying at the Pilgrim House.

Massive disappointment and ripoff. Subpar and non-existent service and dingy, unclean, outdated rooms. A problem ridden “hotel” across the board. For the amount we paid we could have stayed at a stellar 4 or 5 star actual hotel. 90 percent of the time there was no hotel staff to contact. There are no staff overnight in case any issues arise from a clogged toilet to a medical emergency. The lobby was like a ghost town most of the time. Basically check yourself in and out and use a keypad to access the building. I’ve had much better service with an Airbnb. One morning I met an exhausted, stressed guest standing at the door stating he had to sleep outside because he was not sent via email the key code to enter after hours. Positive: Location Negative: * Reported broken AC. Not fixed during 7 day stay. Staff refused to move us to a different room. Got a box fan instead which affected our sleep quality. * No room refresh (ie: emptying garbage, fresh towels, new toilet paper rolls).

WOW! I can not say enough about Jose and Ken, (and the bartender, forgot ur name) EVERY ONE was so nice, in fact we booked an extra night and another weekend in a few weeks. The room was very very clean, bed was very comfortable, water was hot and the food and drinks were GREAT!!!! They have us as customers for life! ♥️

First time in P-town and we were very happy we chose Pilgrim House. Staff was very friendly and rooms were nice. Walking distance to everything. The Thai restaurant was very tasty. If you're in town soon, definitely check out the show Vexed which is playing right at the hotel. It was so much fun and absolutely hilarious. Great twist on Wicked!
