The apartment is horrible, they didn't give us towels, the furniture was broken, everything dirty, walls stained, floor stained, the bathroom was... way too small, nothing like the pics in the website. They offered to switch rooms, but in the end they never did. We wanted to cancel the booking, couldn't, because they wouldn't let us. We couldn't go to another hotel, but since the owner has the última decisión, we had to stay in that "apartment". Fans cannot be turned on/off! Horrible experience!
Unbelievable location, steps to The Ocean and restaurants. Lacking in some of the rooms certain things need to be fixed. They were like a family to me I felt.
Lovely site. Staff is so helpful and thoughtful— especially Tim!
