Pecan Park Riverside RV Park

I stayed here for 1.5 years. The park is quiet and clean, staff are incredibly helpful, and the location is great. It doesn't feel like it's 10 minutes to Texas State. There are showers, bathrooms, laundry, and a pool on site, plus river access. If I come back to this area with my trailer, I'm absolutely staying here again!

Good access to the San Marcos River for tubin' and just sittin' and watchin'. Fourth year in a row we've been there (four days each time) and it's just plain nice. Facilities are starting to show a little age, but they are clean. The cleaning ladies do a good job. Sites are nice and level, Utilities are good and dependable. We camp in sites that are very shady to it makes for a cool spot after the river. Some spots aren't quite as shady as older trees have had to be removed. Still, worth the visit. working with office staff has been pleasant.

First time here and first time using my RV. Great place. Very relaxing and very friendly staff and others in the park. I will be back. The scenery was beautiful. If it were warmer, I would have jumped in the river. I didn’t like the fact there were no hiking trails. Their site said there were but there was nothing really. Still a great time.

Stayed in fhu pull thru spot #518. It's next to the entrance gate, office, and pool area. The day I arrived, the power to the office went out so Internet and pool were down. Apparently, the cable was down too but didn't know that until next day. Once the power came back on, the wi-fi worked great. Same with the cable. The pool was up and running the day after the electric came back up and I used it thereafter after. Unfortunately, the bathroom in there doesn't have a working shower so to rinse off you have to use the bathroom/showers in the next building over which is next to the laundry area. The river is located in the back down the hill. Very nice area. Prior to my stay I did have issues getting a hold of someone in the office by phone as the number kept going to Brightspeed Internet a

We absolutely LOVE this RV park. Perfect proximity to our daughter’s university and perfect location for hanging out in the San Marcos River. We’ve already spent several weekends there and have had such fun every single time! Also, all the staff are just so very kind and welcoming. Really awesome place! Would and already have, totally recommended it to friends and family.
