Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos Hotel Conference Center

We love this hotel and hope to make it our headquarters when we visit family in Kyle. The grandeur of the atrium lobby says you have arrived! Suites are spacious, USB ports on every lamp, and the people who work here are friendly and helpful. Our grandkids give it 5 stars. We weren't sure how to work the drinks card and Jennifer helped us figure it out. She really went out of her way to see we were having a good time at the cookie decorating. Also they have the setup where you can sign into your own Netflix. We will most definitely stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with spacious, well-appointed suites that are both comfortable and thoughtfully designed for business or leisure travel. The open atrium creates a welcoming atmosphere, and the overall cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property truly stand out. One of the highlights of my stay was the made-to-order breakfast. Laura and Chloe were absolutely fantastic—professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. Positive: Very spacious Negative: Air conditioning unit was making too much noise at night....had trouble falling asleep

Great food, great service, comfy beds. Laura and Chloe were super friendly and made tasty omelets. Maintenance responding quickly to support needed with air in one of the booked rooms. Staff helped expedite the elevate process…an extra special shout-out to the cleaning crew for going above and beyond too. Overall, great stay.

As a first time attendee to the CDCAT conference, I must say I have had a great experience. Besides the conference education, the hotel stay has been top notch. My room was very spacious and accommodating and the staff….. have been amazing. Chelsea and Nadia represent well for the Embassy. They have amazing customer service and communications…they were very helpful in directing me to the events and I observed them to be very cordial to the many many people staying. These ladies should be rewarded with raises and bonuses for their presence this week. I will definitely look for them when I return to San Marcos and the Embassy Suites.
