The desk clerk, Elizabeth, was outstanding! She was so upbeat, positive, cheerful and helpful that we bought her a flower arrangement. For my job, I lived in a hotel for 2 weeks a month for 5 years and some days a month for the previous 28 years, and I never had a desk clerk like this. My girl friend agreed. The lady manager came over to our table at breakfast (which was great) and thanked us for being do nice to her desk clerk and we told her it was well deserved. |As for the overall amenities of hotel they were excellent. I did see where someone complained about insufficient charging outlets. Our room had two on each bedside lamp, another 2 on the desk, and more wall plugs. How many devices does he have? |We recommend this hotel, if for no other reason than to start your day on a happy

Those this location because we had a graduation nearby early the next morning. Hotel was in perfect spot. We even walked to Chili's for dinner which was nice. Room was great. Comfy bed. Good AC. Good shower head and water pressure. We got 2 queen beds for family of 4 and everyone slept great. Breakfast was tasty and a good basic variety. My nephew and I were fans of the mini waffles! Would definitely recommend or stay here again.

Positive: It suited my purpose. Negative: I stayed here 2 years ago and I was very impressed at that time. However, it seems like nothing has been done to keep the hotel in the same condition.

I have been staying at this location at least once or twice a month for the past 18 months. The manager, Sharon, and front desk staff Liz and Jordan have all been very pleasant, efficient and helpful. Liz in particular has worked with me on multiple occasions to get me a room on busy weekends, get me a slightly better rate, or warn me when the hotel expects to be extra busy. On a few occasions, such as this one, I have received a room upgrade. I do not know which staff member has been responsible for each of these upgrades, but I do appreciate them.

We had a great stay at this hotel!! They had everything we needed. We really wanted to get into the awesome pool, but didn't have time. The only thing that I would request is that they add some fruit to the breakfast buffet, otherwise, everything was great. They were great abouy a slightly early check-in and and hour late check-out. We will definitely stay here again. Also. Its within walking distance to some restaurants.
