Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is definitely older and run down. Rooms were not very clean, there was mold throughout our room on the ceiling as well as in the bathroom and shower. The hotel halls definitely did not have a good smell to it. The first room we were given, the TV did not work and the shower head barely worked. I requested a new room for our 2nd night, still the TV did not work. I was told it had something to do with a new provider. I understand the hotel is older and will be going under renovation according to their sign they have up, but their prices need to reflect the quality of their rooms. The hotel is right on the ocean with access to the beach. Checking in was perfect with the help of Amelie! She was very friendly, helpful and very informative!! Our room is exactly like it was shown online. Our balcony has three doors and has furniture for our use. We will definitely be outside more than inside!

Positive: It was clean and very nice looking. Negative: I didn't like the fact that the hotel didn't have a microwave. Im on a very specific diet and I dont eat at restaurant. There was no creamer or sugars in the hotel for my coffee.tge outside bar was closed early.

We went to enjoy some time on the beach before the holidays. The hotel more than met our needs and expectations. The room was large and well-kept. It was quiet and a good night's rest after the activities of the day. There were not a lot of people on the beach, and the weather was perfect for this quick getaway. We enjoyed being on the beach and the amenities of the resort. Staff were attentive and courteous.

We stayed at Margaritaville the weekend prior to Thanksgiving and couldn't have had a better time. We were in the valley to watch a football game but managed to take advantage of some great Autumn weather on the beach and explore the island a little. From the very start the staff was courteous and engaging which is always a great start. That sentiment continued as we enjoyed the bar and outdoor venue during the two day stay. Great thematic accommodations, a clean room, hallways and public area also worth noting. The beach access is unbeatable as is the location a short distance from the bridge to Port Isabel. We will be returning again.
