Parkway Inn Birmingham

Booked a room for the wrong day so I went into the office to cancel my booking and also requested it cancel through the website. I also paid for a room for the same night. The guy at the desk said that I could get a refund for the booking since I made a mistake and booked for the wrong day. So I requested my refund through the site and cash app thru keep denying my refund and also since they didn't refund me I went to the room I accidentally booked for the date I booked it and was someone else in the room?? They refuse to answer my calls or refund me my money. Have a few more things to say but I'll save it for now I just want my 69$ back!

Positive: "" Negative: Dirty, bugs, burn marks on all of the furniture from cigarettes, sheets very thin with burn holes like from ash from cigarettes.

I was afraid the whole 10 minutes I was there. My boyfriend had booked while out of the country for me to be there when he flew in. Burn holes on everything! Roaches everywhere and had some random man ask for my room number. Was so relieved to have my things back in my car and pulling away. I’m not easily scared but this place gave me bad vibes from the get go. My nose still burning from the cigarette smoke an hour later. Just no!

Room was FULL of roaches! We stayed there for a funeral the next morning. Price was decent. I was talking to other family members when a guy approached me and ask why we all were here. Then said this isn't the place for ya'll. I laughed and told him its just for sleep. This was 11pm. So many people on drugs and so much drugs being sold. I really do not recommend this place at all unless you're into that.

Burn holes in EVERYTHING. Roaches in at least TWO rooms. Clerk "doesn't know how to refund". Busted glass they haven't bothered to sweek up. Lobby closed. Elevator doesn't go to the lobby.
