Park West Inn

The Remote controls for the TV's are not always available and are often wrong , microwaves seldom work and getting anyone in the office to help with these things is just about as difficult as learning a foreign language because the day shift doesn't always have time or they are just indifferent.

This motel is anything but clean, from just walking in my room the bottoms of my feet were covered in black soot. the tops of counters and things had a film of dirt/dust. multiple cockroaches during my visit crawling around my room… other bugs as well. Completely overpriced for what it is… no walking access to anything (make sure you come here with your car). STAFF VERY RUDE!!! in my multiple attempts to be nice all i was ignored with snooty looks. not one person knew how to be even close to polite. acted like every question i asked was an inconvenience. when i tried to put my trash outside for the maid i was yelled at to take it back in my room. and i was trying to clear my room of trash because of the cockroaches… overall i do not recommend unless you are looking for a place that will ta

The only reason it's getting two stars is the staff. Only stayed here because the four hotels near it were sold out or their credit card machine wasn't working. All their furniture was just untreated pieces of wood nailed together. Looked like a construction site. No tvs in any of the rooms were working. Had to get another room because we couldn't get the door open. Turned the light on in the bathroom and there was 3 roaches in the tub and another bug by the toilet. Which made it hard to sleep because I was worried about bugs. Over priced for what it was. The quality inn by choice hotels that was sold out was only $15 more.

They treated me just right and I have no trouble getting a good night sleep. I went there to have a good night sleep and I got it with a bargain price compared to all other hotels. This is not a high end hotel but so does the price I paid. Location is great to go anywhere. All workers seems to be very nice to me. I feel I saved a lot money here. I got free coffee any time. They also gave me some snack free of charge for been a good customer.

Overpriced and lacking in amenities. WiFi is so unreliable as to be non-existent and I'm not sure why they bothered with putting TVs in the room as there's only a few channels that are clear enough to watch and they're not prime channels either. No coffee maker in the room and there's a $20.00 deposit for one key and the remote control.
