Park Inn by Radisson Albany, GA

Bed was amazing. We had been driving for a while and it was so nice to fall into a comfortable bed. The air wasn’t cool when we got there however it cooled quickly once we flipped it from fan to cool. We couldn’t get the deadbolt to flip and it was after midnight with a kid so we used the latch and just hoped for the best. I reported it the next morning and they quickly sent someone to check the door. Breakfast the next morning wasn’t what I hoped. The hot water ran out, and there wasn’t waffle batter. The waffle maker was out and hot but the front desk (super sweet named Sarah) quickly unplugged it. They were waiting on their truck and she was genuinely sorry. They do have refrigerated prepackaged biscuits and pancakes/sausage. If you are looking for a trash can you will need to go back

Great Friendly service I am a OTR truck driver My truck broke down in Albany And I had to put cash on gift cards to get a room. The La Quinta in across the street wouldn't take my cards but Park Inn did. I really appreciated that. I give it 5 stars

This hotel is Horrible! Dirty sheets, dirty sofa, hair in the tub and wall (pics included). Toilet had brown stains in it. Was moved to another room and it was worse! I booked this hotel because I've stayed at other Radisson hotels that were nice. This hotel does not live up to the Radisson name. I tried to reach out to management via email but have not received a response. Yes this hotel is budget friendly but so is Motel 6, and its a lot nicer!

The customer service is great. If you ask for something, you get it. I love hot coffee and Ms. Regina tended to notice, so she kept hot coffee in the lobby and let me know every time she put out fresh coffee. The beds are soft and the water temp in the shower gets good and hot. Ms. Regina was my favorite receptionist. She pays attention to detail and makes sure you're having a wonderful stay. Ms. Gloria is also a great housekeeper. She made good conversation and was very sweet. Overall, I enjoyed my 7 day stay!
