Paradise Inn & Suites

I've been using this place for years it's clean and the staff are so nice they always treated me like family. I rode thru hurricane berryl and the building stood firm I think we lost power for like a day and half.

This place was DISGUSTING and no I am not exaggerating. Firstly i booked a room for my kids and I , when entering i noticed water on the floor I didn't think much of it because there was a planting area. Then when I got to my room there were holes in the comforters , blood on the sheets. dirty mirrors, and there was old candy wrappers from the last visitor. There was bedbugs in the bed. BEDBUGS in the bed not to mention there was a flea. I know how fleas look i'm not stupid , yet when i went to go tell the worker he told me it was lint IT WAS NOT LINT. Lastly when i requested some more towels and sheets, and guess what he said no .The employee denied my request for towels and bed sheets . Went here a few times with my boyfriend, rooms are cleaner than most in the surrounding area, established is not to crowded and quiet for the most part, and no outside traffic either. Friendly staff and good service. Currently there are doing roofing repairs; which unfortunately did disturbed our sleep very early that morning. So we informed the staff of the issue and they gave us an extra hour free of charge as well as reduced noise from the construction. I would recommend this establishment if you are looking for a good quick & quick visit without any outside traffic or interruptions from anything.

I enjoyed my stay . We have stayed in vacation rentals and hotels for a month before moving to our home and this hotel stay was the best stay out of them all . Not including Airbnb . Let me start with the PROS: the blue light sets the vibe .. we had a clean room no dirty walls and my bed and linens were clean . The tv was about 50 inches so that’s a plus and the room rate per week was $380 double beds . Which is a good find in my book ! Cons : not many laundry towels I can see I noticed a lot of recycled ones and they were white … no hair dryer .. no coffee maker … no actual work desk and chair … but there is a eating table .. no iron in room have to ask … no food places around but a lot of taco trucks … overall I would recommend this hotel 👍🏽
