Palm Coast Villas

I must say I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is tremendous in the middle of the beautiful hammock area of Palm Coast with a Publix a block away, the beach three blocks away and plenty of good restaurants Within an earshot I wanted for nothing here. My room was clean. The towels were beautiful and new as was the bedding. My bed was comfortable and my room was adorable. Now this is an older property and it’s not a corporate place so don’t expect that corporate feel. It’s very unique with coquina Stone walls built in the 30s and 40s it has true character. If you’re looking for old Florida character this is it. Now let me just say that the prices are so worth it there’s so much value in this that there is no way they won’t be seeing me again. Quaint 1930’s Inn, needs updating. I wish I could review favorably, Perhaps the cigarette butt ground outside the room should have been my first clue! I was charged an extra night for early departure even after explaining numerous room issues. Seriously!

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Off season the price is amazing. Very clean rooms with a quaint old Florida vibe. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Definitely the best place to stay in the area! Close proximity to Flagler Beach and St Augustine, with a wonderful beach at Malacombre. Will definitely go back!

We've been coming to Palm Coast for over 25 years and the Villas used to be our go-to place. We now live in Palm Coast and twice this past year we have had family visiting and have had terrible experiences. Fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, noisy fans, musty smelling rooms, overgrown vegetation. It's sad, this really used to be a nice place to stay. After the most recent stay, tried to check out early (before 11 am) and the manager said sorry, it's after 10 and our program already charges for the next day. He wouldn't budge on any of it. Again, very poor customer service.

I am not one to leave a negative review unless it is warranted. We have stayed here in the past and it used to be a beautiful old Florida style inn. The place has gone downhill over the past year. The grounds are very unkept and poorly lit. The buildings are becoming dilapidated. The rooms are unclean. My bed had dusty and stained sheets. The towels were stained. The tub had rusted hardware and mold/mildew. The room #8 was damp and reeked of mildew. The dining chairs were grimy. There was some liquid spill/splatter on the wall. Overall, not a comfortable place to stay. Please don’t waste your time on this place. Hopefully the owners will take this review as an opportunity to make things better.
