Best Western Plus Flagler Beach Area Inn & Suites

Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Biscuits with real sausage gravy, sausage and eggs with real orange juice for my husband. Waffles and yogurt and coffeefor me. Price is right, too. We will return!

Very conveniently located off I95 in a quiet area. While somewhat dated, the room and hotel is very clean. Very good value for these economic times. Breakfast has waffle maker, eggs, sausages, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, etc.|Shout out to Jason, the General Manager, who suggested places to eat and was very friendly.

Positive: Close to highway Negative: My room had not been vacuumed — as shown by some dudes underwear left in the floor and sock fuzz all over the floor. I also had a cockroach climbing on my lunch bag in the morning. Gross.

This experience is one of the worst ive had. My partner and I had called previously about our service dogs and accessibility for her disabilities. We got assured over the phone that our service dogs where welcomed and would be given a handicap room or at least a room on the first floor. Perfect, we booked the room. Fast forward to arriving, my service dog since he is small was not seen as a working dog as "he isnt able to do certain tasks" and I would be charged for his stay. Along with that we got booked a second floor room and was told there was no availability for the first floor. For the price paid and the month in advance notice of booking, this is unacceptable and I will be refusing to use this location in the future. Staff need to be trained on ADA regulations, this is beyond illega

Very nice rooms excellent breakfast they were killing it ! Would recommend pool they do not have a hot tub 🥲
