Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast Town Center

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast Town Center in a One Bedroom King Suite, and I was blown away that it even had a Jacuzzi! The suite was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect home base for my visit. The front desk agent on Saturday evening was extremely friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Their professionalism and warmth really set the tone for the stay. To top it off, the bartender, Marcus, made the experience even better with his great service and friendly personality. His attention to detail and welcoming attitude really stood out. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Everything from the room amenities to the service made my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel

Daisy at reception was very rude to my wife. We have been diamond members for many years and when my wife asked what do we get (like waters and a goodie) she said what do you mean what do you get? So she asked for waters and she said you only get two and they are in your room. Then she asked if there were any suite available and she said no! We are full, and you requested a high floor and a room farthest from the elevator. My wife did not ask for that. So we got to the room and called down for more coffee pods and more waters. Daisy said didn’t you get them in your room. Well, we were there with our son so asking for a third water shouldn’t have been a big deal. They only brought half the coffee pods we requested. We left for dinner and decided not to remain in the hotel and calle

Positive: The location was good, convenient to everywhere. Lobby area was clean. Negative: Bathroom shower in #212 had a lot of mold.

We had a great stay at this property. After a long day on the road it was an absolute treat to luck out and have a great dinner without leaving the hotel. Marcus was our super cool server and made our experience even better. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable as well. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that the hotel has been recently renovated. Now mt favorite hotel in the Palm Beach Coast area.

We had my daughter’s baby shower last week and I could not be more pleased with every aspect of our event ! The staff was great and the food & decor fabulous . I must give a shout out to both Haylee and Paula for all they did to make this day perfect for us ! Haylee’s attention to detail was impeccable, both her and Paula were on top of everything from|start to finish. I will recommend this location to others moving forward.|Thank you Hilton!|Denise A.
