Holiday Inn Express & Suites Palm Coast - I-95

My stay at the Palm Coast Express was extremely enjoyable. Team members were professional and courteous. Always willing to help. One of the best breakfast service we had in a hotel stay. This was extremely busy weekend with a lot of traffic at the hotel. The team members worked very hard this weekend. Staff trying their best to keep up with the bike week crowd along with their normal customers. Must say they did an amazing job between service and cleanliness they deserve an A+

Positive: The staff was really nice. Breakfast was good. Room was clean, nice, and the bed's were very comfortable. Close to the highway and lots of restaurant choices around the area. Negative: It is kind of in a weird spot behind a Home Depot and construction was still happening downstairs .

Great hotel. Rooms are immaculate. Staff is great. Kristy at the front guest was one of the nicest people I've dealt with in years. It is right off of I95 so you do get a little highway noise, but it's not too bad. Haven't had breakfast yet, but so far everything has been great. Even decided to stay another night to relax.

Beautiful stay over Thanksgiving. Freshly renovated. Comfy beds and pillows. Super clean. Best of all, service! Kristy was so pleasant and accommodating. We had an early bird check in after a cross country overnight and she made it happen...even with a jam packed hotel. Highly recommend and will stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay, the hotel is newly renovated and everything looks new. Breakfast was good and staff were exemplary of the Holiday Inn Express flag. I worked in the hospitality industry for over 21 yrs and love the Holiday Inn Express hotels for their cleanliness and esthetics. I met the manager Kristy, she was great as well as the night auditor and front desk staff. Kudos for making my stay pleasant. Will come here again next year for the Rolex 24 @ Daytona Speedway which is about a half hours drive from the hotel.
