Legacy Vacation Resorts - Palm Coast

I just have to say the place was absolutely amazing. However we were in a older unit but the cleanliness was outstanding. I was comfortable and my sister. My sister and I came to check the place out before we got together with my family to organize our retreat. All I remember is laying in bed with my sliding door open and just hearing the water fall and the lovely breeze. It was more than a dream. I checked out and spoke with the front desk girl on the 13th . She checked guest out and still attended to my sister and I. She went above and beyond by helping organize an itinerary with us about locations near by and family places to make our loved ones enjoy the area. We stayed this past weekend booking 2 suite rooms and could not enjoy our stay one room was with no working air conditioner it was reading 85 in the room we had a baby we ended up leaving early it was unbearable we called and they brought us over two box fans that just did not make any difference our other room had peeling paint all over inside the tub the conditioner was emptied we called and they said they could not fill them up. Below us when we were trying to enjoy time on the balcony was cut short due to below us smoking so much weed we had to go inside and close all the doors. I do not recommendthis place to anyone they told us be receiving a refund at the desk then when we left they denied the refund.

My sons and I visited for 3 nights over the holidays while we visited family in the area. Upon first appearance, the room (Room 3A) was very nice. However, I was woken up at 1am to the sounds of my son screaming from the guest room. He had bed bugs crawling all over him and they were all over the bed. I immediately called guest services and they had the security guard move us to the last remaining room. He was very helpful and apologetic. We left the most exposed belongings in the room to be properly sanitized. ||The second room we were moved to (Room 17A) was absolutely disgusting and appeared to have never had any upkeep or care. I’m very disappointed with how Legacy Vacation Resort in Palm Coast handled our recent reservation. I had a 7-night stay booked on a Black Friday special as a Christmas gift for my three kids. Unfortunately, I came down with the flu 3 days before our trip, so I called to see if there was any flexibility. I was not asking to cancel.. only to push the reservation back by one day while still keeping all seven nights like planned. I was told this would require an additional charge of over $500 being the Black Friday rate I booked with is no longer offered and they can not allow me to have the same rates if the booking was changed even though 6 nights remain the same nights and couldn’t charged me extra for the 1 night that’s being changed despite the fact that I was trying to keep the same le

Pool They charged me extra money and kept my deposit for not cleaning up they did not mention at check in and manager admitted not stated on website but still charged me.
