Palm Bay Park Mobile Home & RV Park

I stayed here while on a travel assignment at HRMC from October to February and had a wonderful experience. The lot I was in was very spacious and easy to access, and the facilities were very convenient. As a working professional I found the level of communication from management top notch, and the site was very convenient off the main drag that leads to the hospital. If I were to come back on assignment I 100% would hope they have another space for me.

Palm Bay Park is a wonderful community with friendly neighbors, spacious lots, and kind and responsive staff and owners. The rates are affordable. The location is great; it is easy for shopping, restaurants and the beaches. The maintenance staff is always working on projects to improve and or maintain the facilities, utilities and landscaping. My wife and I are very happy living here in our RV! We both recommend Palm Bay Park!

My wife and I have been here since the beginning of April, and we thoroughly enjoy staying here. The location is great. It's convenient to the stores, the view across the street is great, and our commute to work is minimal. I've spoken with Jen on a few occasions and she has been pleasant and professional. The grounds are well kept, and the owners are making continuous improvements to the park. You can tell that they have put in the time, effort, and money to make this a great place to live. Just recently they built a new porch roof on the home abutting ours, upgraded the rv sites with stone/rock, and it also looks like the road was paved rather recently. One of the poorest set ups I've ever been to. NO wifi, NO pool, RV pad lopsided, large gravel site hard to level, no table, no cable. No water access near park even though the river is across the street $200 for 3 nights!! Rediculous....
